IRIS WORLD SCHOOL was established in the year 2011 with the mission to make the child EXPLORE the world with creative mind.It is the dream school of the two, Dr. E. Prasad Rao Garu, a renowned educationist in the district of Karimnagar and Mr. B. Santhosh Rao Garu, well experienced in the construction field and he was the man behind the project of IRIS.
We understand the development of creativity appears to be enhanced by certain components in the life of the child like open environment, where the children are encouraged to their own ideas and emotions, feeling psychologically secure.
With this AIM IRIS chose the XSEED methodology which is designed around five step Experiential Learning Method that replaces one step telling approach by the authoritarian teacher.
The five steps are AIM, ACTIVITY, ANALYSIS, APPLICATION, ASSESSMENT.
Our mission at IRIS is to make the learner involve actively in the learning process, to provide positive democratic environment, to encourage curiosity and experimentation and to give opportunities for social interactions.
We believe in growing together. The teachers at IRIS are more of facilitators with immense patience and consideration of every child as an individual.

Implementation of this methodology was very successful at IRIS because of proper planning, involvement of all the teachers and open mindness to learn new ways of dealing with the kids of present generation.The team members co-operate each other by updating each other the developments across the world in the field of school education.
The kids learn through the five step learning process which was discussed earlier. They get involved in the class and the teacher is successful in acquiring the learning outcome of the topic planned for the class
The children learn by doing and sharing the responsibilities with in the group. Each and every child gets engaged in the process of exploration of the topic prescribed in the curriculum.
In the XSeed class the children work independently as well as collaboratively which results in the improvement of academic performance.
